Aastr 53i "Double NAT"

Hi,
Have Trixbox behind NAT and remote extensions behind routers as well.
I'm trying to set up (unsuccessfully)Aastra 53i to work at one of these remote sites
I've been unable to find a way of getting these 53i handsets to work, they register fine on port 5060 so can call etc but no audio either way.
I've succesfully configured X-lite using STUN server options so I reckon that all server side configurations are fine.
I have ports 10000 - 20000 forwarded at both ends to respective destinations but won't budge. Obviously something to do with RTP randomly assigning port numbers, anyone got any ideas ?

Thanks

Had this issue

I had this issue as well quite recently - but with a Swissvoice handset. I could dial out and ring the handset in question, but no audio would ever work. I solved this by going to sip_nat.conf and putting in a line that told the trixbox server what my public IP address was. Im on a train right now and accessing that file would be a bit slow, but I'll paste what it was as soon as I can.

If you use DynDNS, you would put your domain name in this line instead of the IP (or at least this is what I did, and it worked for me).

I've also just realised this

I've also just realised this thread is about 2 years old and I was looking at the date of another post before making my reply... my bad.
