CallerID Popup Wrong with FollowMe

When I call in through my main line, I do not get an accurate caller-id popup. It says 'FMPR-500' instead of the phone number.

When I turn off the FollowMe instructions on that extension, the CallerID comes through fine.

I imagine that this is a simple tweak to fix, but I have no idea where to look.

Can I provide more complete information? I'd like some help with this, and it doesn't work.
