HUD Data not accurate

Is anyone else having problems with HUD not displaying connected calls correctly?

Calls in progress often disappear from the display, so that active lines show up as available. Also, calls disappear from the park queue, even though they are still visible in FOP and I can pick them up using the xml-script feature of our Aastra phones.

We are running Trixbox 2.2, with FreePBX 2.3.0
Asterisk 1.2.23-1
HudLite Server 1.4.32-1
HudLite Client 2.1.1.1170

Any suggestions?
