HUDlite doesn't find Outlook

I installed Hud-Lite-2.1.1.1170 with success, hud client and hud server work well and I can dial internal and external number without problems; but when I try to install the add-on for outlook, the program gives this answer:

Outlook Add-On cannot be installed
HUD has detected that you do not have Microsoft Outlook
so the add-on cannot be installed at this time.

Since Microsoft Outlook 2002 SP3 is running in all my computers (win XP Pro), I cannot imagine why the installer isn't able to recognize it.

Any suggestion about my problem?

Same Issue for me

I have the same issue. Have outlook open and closed during setup and neither one works. Thanks for the help.

Same here "Outlook Add-On cannot be installed"

I have Outlook 2002 (XP) and the add-on says I have no outluck!
