Hi
In our company we use mobile phones and sip phones. All users have a SIP extension eg 338 (mine extension). All users also have a extension for their mobile phone 1338 for my mobile phone.

I have registered the mobile extension as a “Other (custom) device” in freepbx. In the Dial field I have put my mobile phone number like this:
Local/12345678@outbound-allroutes

On my sip extension 338 i have set up Follow me and registered the 1338 extension to my mobile phone. When a call comes to 338 it rings my SIP phone and my mobile phone. This is just fine.

But the call is not showed in HUDlite. It seems that HUDlite does not show custom extensions.

Is there a way to have HUDlite display that I picked up the call on my mobile phone ?

hi jtknapp Thanks for your

hi jtknapp
Thanks for your answer. I downloaded your app and installed it (testing it now).
Im exited about this. Because you have included the sourcecode :)

My first comment is that the Extensions table at the right is empty. I guess all registered extensions was supposed to be listed here.

ASTassistant makes use of

ASTassistant makes use of the Asterisk Call Manager to monitor incoming and outgoing calls. By default, external access to the call manager is blocked. You can add a new user in the following steps:

Log into the FreePBX administration module and click on Tools -> Asterisk API.
In the Deny field put: 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0
In the Permit field put the IP address of the PC that will be running the ASTassistant software: 192.168.1.100/255.255.255.255
Make sure that the ALL is checked for Read
Make sure that SYSTEM, CALL, LOG, and COMMAND is checked for Write

Then go into ASTassistant -> Tools -> Options -> Server Settings and the user you did above.

is there a way to customize ASTassistant to operate as a wallboard application for agents and queues?
