HUD transfer and Caller ID issue after Upgrade

I'm not sure if this coinsides with the recent upgrade to the 1.4.25 HUD server, but I noticed that after the upgrade no one could click and drag to transfer an incoming call. The more I looked into the problem I realized that only the first extension listed in the ring group /extension list recieves the caller ID as the call is ringing in. The first extension is also the only extension that can click and drag a call to transfer. I verified this by moving around the order of the extensions in the ring group extension list and the problem followed. Could someone please give me an idea how to fix this. I upgraded to asterisk 1.2.14 to see if that would help and it didn't change anything.

1. Caller ID in HUD only shows up for the first listed extension in the ring group extension list.
2. Only the first extension in the ring group extension list can transfer incoming calls via HUD

Thanks

Jake

If no one knows how to fix

If no one knows how to fix this, could someone please give me an idea of how to revert to the previous version of HUD server. It worked with the other server.

Thanks

Jake

Same problem here

Did you find a solution to your problem? Please let me know.

I can suggest you can look in the yum cache directories (/var/cache/yum/trixbox/packages) to find a previously installed package and try to reinstall the previous version.

Please let me know of any success.

Thanks

Dimitris

And also...

Weblauncher will work only for the first extension listed in a Ring Group. This makes weblauncher useless for most businesses.

Does anyone know whether these issues are likely to be fixed soon? Does it work in HudPro?

Has any clever soul yet established a quick-fix to make the weblauncher work for extensions that are listed after the first extension in Ring Groups? Or does anyone know of a simple Trixbox weblauncher application that will work? Or even some vb.net code to do the same?

I've almost given up on Hudlite now. Far too many bugs, and no bug fixes for ages.

Best wishes to all,
Alan
