No notification of incoming calls

Hello,
Has anyone recently go incoming call notification to work? I believe from trolling the forums that there is a lag between the asterisk version and the HUD lite server version but I am not sure. I would very much like users to be able to see when a call is coming in. We use Grandstream 2000 phones and many users have headsets plugged in. If they hang up their headsets they miss the call! The desktop notification would be a really wonderful solution.

If I have to wait for sync between versions no problem or if versions are out there now, or another tool, it would be great to know that.

Also having problems with incoming calls.

I get notifications of incoming calls (Trixbox 2.0 w/latest versions of everything), however the caller ID number is missing (It says 'Incoming call from ()'). Although the caller ID shows up on the phone itself.

I also am not getting pop-up notifications (I have entered the URL in the area on HudLite client for it to open a web-page), hudLite doesn't appear to even try and open (perhaps this is because it isn't getting the callerID #?)

Maybe we need an updated eventmap.xml for 1.2.17 of asterisk?
