I have configured 1 extension named "2001" and 1 queue with this extension in the "static agent". The hud client "2001" goes in "Available" state correctly, but when i make an inbound call i can see from the panel that the call pass from the trunk to the queue and remain in the queue, not transfered to extension. If I use another sip client (X-Lite) there are no problems. I need Hud because of the "Web Launcher" feature.
No transfer from queue to extension
Are you trying to use hudlite as a softphone or do you have another phone connected to extension 2001. Hudlite is not a softphone it is simply an operator panel. It displays the status of calls. What you can do however is use x-lite along with hudlite. All you do is set them both up for the same extension. When a call comes in you will receive the call through x-lite and hudlite will report on the call. You can then use the Web Launcher feature as you like. If this is not what you are trying to do then I am not sure what the problem might be.
yes, in my mind hudlite was a softphone. Thanks for clarification I will use both products.
