I'm running Trix 2.0. When running the HUDlite I'd like to be able to transfer calls to a persons Voicemail directly, or place a call to a persons VM to leave them a message.
When doing this in HUDlite, I get an automatic "GoodBye" message returned to me.
What is wrong here?
Are you dropping the call on the Tape icon for the user? This is how the VM transfer works, and it works fine on all the boxes I have set up. What exactly are you doing when you hear Goodbye?
I'm doing that exactly, with the drag and drop. I'm also clicking on the tape icon to initiate a direct vm call. Both generate the "Goodbye"
I started reading this thread and wondered if my drag n drop feature worked. So right off the bat, I opened my Hud (v1.1.160), called myself via cell phone to ext. 101 then DragnDrop from the Hud panel 101 to the 102 box... "Goodbye" or in my case... nothing. So I then went to my extensions in FreePBX and noticed that 102 wasn't setup for voicemail. Once set up, I repeated the inbound call and the DragnDrop... and it worked fine.

My problem is that I do not hear the "Goodbye" message as ghdowns did but instead the call is dropped completely.
If I first answer the call I can then drag and drop without error. The problem is that I cannot do this unless I answer.
Any thoughts?
