SoundPoint Ip430s - No display!!??

Hi there,

I purchased a few IP 430s for testing with Trixbox and can't seem to get the displays to turn on. The phones are powered via Polycom adapter (not PoE) and although the MWI and line indicators are lit, there is no display on the phones. I have switched power supplies to no avail.

The phones will not reset or reboot by following the procedures given in the manual.

I posted a support request with Polycom this time yesterday and have not heard back from them.

Can anyone offer some insight as to what might be happening? I'd like to get these units to work.

Does anything show up on the screen after plugging in the power?

You might want to start by explaining your system and how you set it up. What version of TB are you using? Did you try to use endpoint manager? Have you ever tried to configure Polycom via web interface (not recommended if using FTP or TFTP)?
