Very new to setting up Polycom phones.

Hi,

I'm evaluating Polycom 330 right now to be used with Asterisk/Trixbox, but Vanilla Asterisk more so. I'm looking to deploy about 50 phones.

I've only setup one or two phones using TFTP, so I'm not very knowledgeable.
The 50 phones are going to be doing voicemail, logging in to queues, using 1 line mostly, answering calls through queues, and between each other.

Are there any sample configs I can look at? Is there any advice that I can have?

For some reason these configs look very XML-like, and not too easy to wade around. I noticed Aastra's config files are very down to the point, like a simple script.

Is there any more info I could get out of you, Mitch?

Using a xml editor makes it easier. I use MS XML Notepad, you may want to try it or something similar.

What specific problem are you having?
