A200 hangup of outbound call instigates inbound call route

Hi,

I have a TB2.2 with an Sangoma A200 with HWEC, 8 FXO and 2 FXS. We've just moved offices and have a problem we've never seen before.
Outbound calls work fine and call quality is excellent as usual, however when we hang up the system immediately picks up the channel as though it's an incoming call. This routes through our IVR and hits the default 't' option which calls reception. They either get a silent call or the remainder of the outbound call.
However inbound ZAP calls route and terminate fine.

I've just started to investigate this but if anyone has a suggestion I'd be grateful.

Thanks,

Dave.

Resolved

For the benefit of anyone else who stumbles across this post with the same problem.

To resolve this all I needed to do was lower the RX gain in /etc/asterisk/zapata.conf and issue a reload chan_zap.so. I seems that the levels on my new lines are much higher than at the old office, as soon as I ran ztmonitor it was clear where the problem was.

Dave.
