We have a Sangoma A200D that does not hang up with inbound calls that are not answered/goto voicemail and the inbound caller has hung up. We are testing it on a trixbox pro CCE server. We are in New Zealand so is there a issue with the signaling type that could be causing the problem? We have the siganling set to kewl start.

Thanks,

Problem Solved - I think

The problem stems from the "disconnect supervision". The telco's phone exchange requires "clear forward and answer reversal" enabled on the phone line. This feature assists the sangoma and trixbox to disconnect the calls correctly.

Hope that helps anyone else with the same problem.

We've had a couple of

We've had a couple of clients that the "disconnect supervision" didn't help either. The call would hang up sooner but could take up to 30 seconds to do so.
Basically the "fix" was to have the phone company change the hangup signal to one they didn't provide. When the call would hang up and send the wrong signal it would "crash" the call and hangup. In other words...if they used kewl start, they would change it to ground start.
It's an ugly hack, but it's worked for us so far. If anyone else has any better ideas, please feel free to chime in!
