Label template for GXP-2000 feature buttons

I have developed a PDF form for easily creating feature button labels for the GXP-2000 phones. Comments or suggestions are welcome.

I also might add that you are free to use and distribute this template to your customers - I'm not try to make a buck here - I just figure somebody else besides my small customer base may as well benefit from my efforts.
