You have to download and install their softphone in order to create a user and password for your sip device/trixbox. You may remove the softphone after you created the user as the only purpose of downloading and installing it is to get an account.
I use the below configuration for my SIP trunk.
Outbound Caller ID: "Your Name" <a number if you purchased one>
Maxium channels: 4
