Some of the big changes in 3.0 will be moving to an open source control system. This would allow people to easily get to and check out all of the source code easily without having to go through the yum repos. We are currently looking at using http://github.com to host the project. This would allow multiple levels of access and complete accessibility to everyone.
Secondly, we will be looking for people who want to help design (not necessarily code) new modules. By creating a wiki page for a new module design we can get community feedback on what the new module should look like and how it should function.
